I just went out to pho with my dad and it was sooo good but now I am stuffed! Haha the guy who owns the restaurant knows me and he knows not to put any noodles or rice in the soup because I eat healthy. :)

Hey my dolls! A few things, first off thank you all I officially have over 800 followers!<3 Second thing is that over the weekend I went to auditions and an interview for a modeling agency and they really liked me so they gave me a contract and I start in a month or so! I am officially a “model to be” and I could not be any happier! Not only am I losing some weight and toning up for myself, but now it has a purpose and I could not be happier!

Time for bed, goodnight my lovelies! After being sleep deprived these past few days I am going to get over 8 hours of sleep. Remember sleep is a key aspect to weight loss!

For all of you who are unfamiliar with this app, it is the best thing ever! Whenever you go for a run you can use it and it tells you how long you are running, how many miles, how many calories, and average speed. I love it!

Hello my follow fitblrs! First of all, congrats on making it to September! Remember when you first started? I bet you never believed you would make it this far! Well any who, it is a new month so time to make this one our bitch! ;*

So I just transferred schools and on the first day I decided to join the cross country team. I go to a small school and I am the only girl on the team. During the first practice at the beginning I was shitting myself because I was so frickin nervous. When we started our long run, at first I started somewhat in the back but unlike the guys I didn’t run hard and get tired. I kept a steady pase and ended up finishing second. At the end the guys said “you are a beast”, “you are so fast” and “you are making us look bad out there”. We had our second practice today and we ran about six miles but for time sake so people wouldn’t get back too long after one another my coach said that once the first person passes you on their way back you can turn around and run back where you are. Needless to say I was the only one who ran the whole thing, and I finished a good 6 minutes before this one guy and a good 10 minutes before everyone else. All of the guys go fast and then walk and so on. I keep my pase and never stop and that is my key to success. 

“Don’t try to keep up with the boys, beat them.” ;) fitness lifestyle for the win!
