Hey dolls! So I know that most of us are going back to school tomorrow so we should all workout today! I know that we are all tired (I know I am) but chances are that you will be more tired this week because of school. I just went for a 35 minute run and even though I didn’t want to, I am thankful I did now. So get off tumblr and get moving! This year will be a fit year!

Time for bed, goodnight my lovelies! After being sleep deprived these past few days I am going to get over 8 hours of sleep. Remember sleep is a key aspect to weight loss!

For all of you who are unfamiliar with this app, it is the best thing ever! Whenever you go for a run you can use it and it tells you how long you are running, how many miles, how many calories, and average speed. I love it!
