My name is Sarah. I believe in loosing weight the healthy way. Trust me I have been there, not eating and watching the pounds come off. But I have also seen it destroy my body and make me weak.

My goal is to be healthy and to love my body.
I wanna look back and say, "I worked my ASS off for this body!"
